Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of transportation services provided by Beyond Transportation. By booking, requesting, or paying for transportation services, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided
Beyond Transportation provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services only. We do not provide medical care or emergency services.

Booking & Payment
Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits are non-refundable. Final pricing may vary based on mileage, wait time, service type, and additional requirements.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur additional fees.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information. Beyond Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Limitations of Liability
Beyond Transportation is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

By scheduling transportation services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
